1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using myVisora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. myVisora reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of service

myVisora is a personal cash flow forecasting tool that helps users project their bank balance based on planned transactions they enter. The Service does not connect to your bank, access your financial accounts, or execute any financial transactions on your behalf. All data you see in the forecast is based solely on information you provide.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Free trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at the current rate of $3.00 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. myVisora reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. myVisora does not store your payment card details. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but we will consider refund requests made within 7 days of a charge on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at the address below to request a refund.

6. Not financial advice

myVisora provides cash flow forecasting tools for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should not rely solely on myVisora projections when making financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional for advice specific to your situation. myVisora makes no guarantee that forecast projections will be accurate or that use of the Service will prevent overdrafts or financial loss.

7. User data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant myVisora a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. 8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content through the Service

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. myVisora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myVisora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to myVisora in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your account. myVisora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts where myVisora operates, as applicable.
